Let’s face it, prescription drugs in drinking water is becoming more widespread. Consumers are becoming more aware of this issue. It is in your best interests to learn more about this topic.In an investigative report by the AP, reporters interviewed numerous water suppliers, and examined surveys and test data for water supplies in over 50 cities were reviewed. In the report, New York City stated that they do not test for prescription drugs in drinking water.However, other research studies of the reservoirs, rivers and aqueducts that supply New York have revealed a host of medications present in the water supplies.
