Pass a Drug Test

 Along with all of the other impurities that can be regularly measured in our reservoirs, we now have to be concerned with the fact that we have prescription drugs in drinking water. It is not really surprising that we discovered drugs in the drinking water though. The water authority has been inept at keeping our water supply safe for as long as I can remember. Prescription drugs in drinking water were actually discovered several years ago by scientists. The powers that be, in their infinite wisdom, simply waited a while to break the news to us. I suppose that their line of thinking was that we had gone on that long consuming poisonous waste, so what does it matter if we do it a little longer? Despite what they might be thinking, it does matter that… Continue reading
